No Refunds

Blissful Body Studio products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of this we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours at blissfulbodystudio@yahoo.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Your email should include

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photos to verify the issue 

We will review the case, and if the issue is deemed valid, we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion. However, if it is not deemed valid (per our seller's discretion) you will not receive a refund or replacement. In some case's you may receive a store credit. Please note that " damaged product" refers to broken or cracked items. As these are handmade products and slight variations may occur. 

Handmade Product Variations

All the items in our store are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ from each other. Lip and body care products can have some variations in color or texture. Some fragrance oils have different effects on soap products and will differ in color or even darken over time. This is due to the higher vanilla content and is completely normal. This does not affect the quality of the product. 

We will make every attempt to show accurate colors of products in our store. However the actual colors you see depends on a number of factors including the settings on your monitor and the handmade nature of our products. Colors may vary and are subject to change on all products. Please be advised some products contain coconut or macadamia nut oils. Be sure to check ingredients labels for allergens.
